Out of Hours Appointments
Do you need an appointment in the evening or over the weekend?
All of our registered patients can access GP and Nurse Evening appointments at our West London extended hours hubs.
To book these appointments you need to call the practice on 020 7727 2326 and ask for an extended hours access appointment. You can also call 111 out of surgery working hours and request to be booked in via them.
